Lollll... Can you believe it I was the responsible sober duty one yesterday
Except for the fact that I wasn't sober haha
I think it was having to look out for people most of the night but I managed to seem quite fine despite drinking alot more than most people
Lol but that's not my point today

By having two experiences of having my hair held back and vomiting over a toilet bowl is definitely something I don't want to relive
Soooo it's hard to know your limits unless you have an experience/s like that
Mind you vodka+milk could make anyone vomit
Back to the topic, here's some tips for you

EAT!!! And I don't mean a salad. Pizzas, bread, chips basically carbs
Drink water to hydrate yourself but take in mind that if you drink too much it might contribute to vomiting
Drink in moderation too much at a time and your body won't be able to handle it, you wouldn't want to ruin your night that soon would you? Take it from someone who doesn't remember anything from Schoolies TT This rule remains for the duration of the entire night okay? ESPECIALLY after you've already had a few
It's okay to sober up, don't tell yourself oh yea im feeling a bit better GED LEWZ ONCE MOAR. Just say to yourself "are you having fun?" you wouldn't want to ruin this fun with one more shot would you? Even if you feel that you're sobering up it doesn't mean that the alcohol is out of your body so put the drink down and continue to enjoy your night
Hide your phone or put it in your bag while you're sober and make sure you know where you put it. My friend got a $600 phone bill after getting bored at a party, waking up and thinking back to your stupid drunk texts/calls ain't fun
Oh and don't be stupid drunk. You know those girls where they drink one cruiser and pretend they're drunk as FARRRRK? It's only annoying for other people. Breathe, calm down and you might realize that someone could actually need your slightly sober ass for help
One last piece of advice which I probably should've mentioned first. Know your limits. If you're a skinny 40kg chick, don't have a drinking competition with a guy double your size. Be logical, you owe your body that

Omg day seven today
Pretty amazed at how fast the past few days went by
Probably cus I haven't had this one teachers class in a few todays
Today I had her and I almost died oh lord
Anyways my abs are defining 8) but the thing is I'm not really losing weight just gaining muscle urghhh

Nothing special just a slight trim and a treatment

I have the most annoying bitch in my dance class
Like she's pretty good at dance but she's such an attention seeker
Like in front of our guy instructor she's like can we learn a sexy dance? I'm good at being sexy

Then she like lifts her shirt up and she's like man I am sooooo fat and she's literally like skin and bone

Anyways dance is so bloody exhausting if I don't lose weight I swear thats because I'm getting buff cus far out it's literally like getting a trainer she's got us doing sit-ups, crunches and things
And every single instructor makes you stretch/warm up for like an hour... We have three instructors so half the time we're here we're stretching/doing sit-ups etc

Had my first yoga lesson today
People did not fart like my mum said ==
Her and Eddie both said that yoga makes you fart like crazy
But no one one did... Not that im disappointed alright? Just was waiting for it
Anyways it's pretty tiring work
Worked my muscles and flexibility
There was some lady at the front of the class that was like late 30's early 40's and man she was so flexible
Like after an intense pose or something the teacher was like relax and everyone was like FUUUUU -dies on the ground-
And her relaxing pose was like fucking legs around her head WTF

Anyways at the end the teacher put on a disk and it's to make your whole body relax and the chick on the disk had like the strongest canto accent
Yea and its like relaaaaax your toes and ankles and eyebrows and eyes and teeth WTF how do I relax my teeth? Anyways then after a few minutes I started hearing snoring and we go up cus the class was over and four people were sleeping lewl sew relaxed

Anyways off to XiAn tomorrow, terra-cotta warriors there. Dance starts Tuesday yay :3

Been lying in bed for two hours and can't get to sleep
I think I've slept in the same bed for too long I now have the bad habit of not being able to fall asleep in beds other than my own unless I'm exhausted
Oh and this house is fucking annoying the aircon is so loud that when it turns off your ears are actually ringing because they're not used to the silence
It's really hot right now I'm under two layers of blankets when it's only like 15 degrees in this room that's warmer than Australian winters at night (cus we have the heater on)

Just went out with my cousin :3
We were skateboarding with that like ripstick or whatever it's called
Then had a snowball fight
Havent seen it snow yet but it was snowing the day before I arrived
So yea, omg soooo cold without gloves but so worth it
If you haven't seen snow before, when you do make sure you step on it. Makes the nicest sound and feels so cool

Wow I just succeeded at lucid dreaming
I first heard about it from shelley/michelle's blog
Basically it's when you're aware you're dreaming and you can control what you do in your dream
Like inception 8)

Cus just then I decided to take a nap then tried to wake up but I couldn't
Like I literally just couldn't wake up I tried everything
But then when I finally could I realized that that was just lucid dreaming
So I decided to fall asleep to try it again
But I don't think it was deep enough because not enough was happening it was more like just imagination
Then eventually I got it working and yea beans it was pretty cool
I basically just wanted something done and it happened, so cool actually
But then I fell into a deeper sleep and yea the dream took over lol I was suddenly saving my monkey from some crazy guy in the rain then I was mary Kate Olsen WTF
Shelley said she has a totem when she's dreaming which I think is so cool cus wow that's actually like inception
I haven't thought of one yet
